VEIN CARE
Comprehensive Vein Care in Jacksonville
Insurance-covered treatment for varicose veins, spider veins, chronic venous insufficiency, venous ulcers, and more — from a specialist with 16 years of exclusive vein experience.
Vein disease is one of the most undertreated conditions in medicine — not because treatment is difficult, but because too many patients don't know their options, assume it's purely cosmetic, or haven't found a provider who takes their symptoms seriously.
At Miami Vein and Wellness, Jacksonville, vein care is not a side service. It is the foundation of everything we do. Conveniently located in St. Johns County and serving patients from Nocatee, Ponte Vedra, St. Augustine, Durbin Crossing, Fleming Island, and throughout greater Jacksonville, our practice brings specialist-level vein care to Northeast Florida without the wait or the commute.
Cristal Boatright, PA-C has spent 16 years specializing exclusively in vein and vascular medicine — performing thousands of procedures and building the kind of expertise that comes only from deep, singular focus.
Most vein treatments are covered by insurance. Your symptoms are real. And you don't have to keep putting this off.

The Miami Vein and Wellness approach
Vein disease does not exist in isolation. Patients who come to us for their veins often leave with a clearer picture of their overall health — their circulation, their inflammation, their energy. This is the Miami Vein & Wellness approach: treat the vein, and open the door to something more.
Which Vein Appointment Is Right for You?
At Miami Vein & Wellness Jacksonville, we offer two options to help you better understand your vein health.
Complimentary Vein Screening
A Quick First Step Toward Healthier Legs
Our complimentary vein screening includes a brief ultrasound scan to help determine whether symptoms such as leg pain, heaviness, swelling, or fatigue may be related to venous insufficiency.
Cost: FREE
Ultrasound: Quick, focused scan (not a full diagnostic ultrasound)
Purpose: Identify possible signs of venous insufficiency
Best For: Patients who are unsure whether their symptoms are vein-related
If signs of venous insufficiency are identified during your complimentary screening, we will recommend a comprehensive diagnostic ultrasound, which will be billed through your insurance company, subject to coverage and applicable patient responsibility. This evaluation is necessary to confirm the diagnosis, assess the affected veins, and develop an individualized treatment plan.
Comprehensive Vein Consultation
A Complete Evaluation & Personalized Treatment Plan
Our comprehensive consultation includes a full diagnostic ultrasound to evaluate both the deep venous system and superficial veins, allowing us to accurately diagnose venous disease.
Cost: Billed through your insurance (subject to coverage and patient responsibility)
Ultrasound: Comprehensive diagnostic evaluation of the deep and superficial venous systems
Purpose: Diagnose venous insufficiency and identify affected veins
Results: Detailed review of ultrasound findings and diagnosis
Treatment Plan: Individualized recommendations based on your symptoms and ultrasound results
Best For: Patients experiencing persistent symptoms or those who prefer to skip the preliminary screening and have all their questions, concerns, and treatment options addressed during one comprehensive visit.
